Summary: This was a really lovely, interesting and tasty morning with Najla! From helping choose and buy the ingredients from her local businesses to learning how to make ‘proper’ Moroccan tea and then prepare the delicious meal in her kitchen - and of course eat it……well the time just flew past! Najla herself was delightful, a great teacher and hostess giving us not just invaluable information about her food, but also about Moroccan culture. The follow up email contained her clear recipes for what we had cooked, and some others. This is a really lovely way to spend a morning in Marrakesh and you will undoubtedly come away with a full tum and much new knowledge!

Summary: Najla is an extremely knowledgeable chef, very focused on all the details. She taught us how to prepare Moroccan tea, which we found out is not so straightforward. Also she helped us make the most amazing tajines. I will definitely be cooking tajines again once I get home.

Summary: We had a great time doing Najla's class! We loved everything from the grocery shopping and exchanging conversations with other locals, being invited into Najla's beautiful home, learning how to make peppermint green tea, meatballs and egg targine and several condiments (and consuming it of course!), as well as learning about the rich Moroccan culture. Naj is a very experienced chef and we cooked hands down the most delicious food we've had in our 2 weeks in Morocco. She provided different recipe options based on our preferences, and says she easily adapts recipes to suit any dietary requirement. There was also an option to make Argan oil for an extra cost for those interested in that. This experience is a great way to spend half a day in Marrakech, and is great value for money. My partner and I can't wait to cook the recipes when we get back home! Thank you, Naj 😁
